General Terms and Conditions Dona Flora AG

Validity of the General Terms and Conditions

By sending an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. All deliveries and services of the company Dona Flora AG as operator of donaflora.ch are based on these terms and conditions. Deviating and/or supplementary agreements require the express written consent of Dona Flora AG.

Subject matter of the contract

Dona Flora AG, as the operator of donaflora.ch, sells the goods offered in the online shop to the customers on the following terms and conditions of delivery and sale (GTC).

Terms of payment and payment options

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the statutory value added tax (7.7%). This is how you can pay in our online shop:

  • Twint
  • American Express

In our showroom at Schildgutstrasse 30, 8200 Schaffhausen, you can pay in cash or with TWINT.

Delivery

Ordered goods usually arrive in three to four working days. If it might take longer, we will inform you immediately. Processing times for orders: Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.00, excluding public holidays.
The order will be sent to you free of shipping costs if the amount exceeds 50 Fr. Below 50 Fr. a flat rate of 9 Fr. will be charged for postage and packaging. We deliver by Swiss Post (A-Post) to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. We do not deliver to addresses in other countries. Dona Flora AG only delivers to end customers. We reserve the right to limit quantities. If a product is not in stock, it cannot be ordered. Contact us if you would like to know more about delivery conditions for items not in stock. In the event of a delay in delivery caused by the postal service, Dona Flora AG accepts no liability. Further claims of the buyer – especially for delivery – are excluded. All offers are subject to change (i.e. they are not legally binding, but merely an invitation to the customer. There is no obligation to deliver).

Return policy

The postage for returns is paid by the customer. The return is possible within 14 calendar days (from the date of the postmark or the delivery or receipt confirmation).
If the customer is unable to produce the delivery or receipt confirmation, the 14-day period begins with the dispatch of the order. If delivered goods are returned despite the expiry of the return deadline and without prior agreement, the customer shall bear the costs incurred. A refund of the purchase price is not possible in such a case.

Condition of returned goods

The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, clean, without signs of use, not washed, odourless and with the original labels.

Value replacement

If delivered goods are returned damaged, used, soiled, washed, not odourless or without original labels, Dona Flora AG reserves the right to an appropriate value replacement to be determined by it. This may amount to up to 100% of the purchase price.

Refund

Refunds are paid out in the same way as the payment was received by Dona Flora AG.

What cannot be returned

Special orders and custom-made products are excluded from exchange and return. Vouchers are also excluded from the conditional right of return in all cases.

Costs, conditions

The goods must always be returned with proof of purchase (delivery note). The costs for the return are to be borne by the customer. Please keep the receipt of the return. If a package does not arrive at Dona Flora AG, proof of posting is mandatory. Dona Flora AG accepts no liability for the loss of a return shipment.

Transport damages

All items are checked and carefully packed by our staff. Damaged consignments (breakage, torn packaging, completely or partially lost goods) must be presented by the recipient within 24 hours to the responsible post office, including the contents and packaging. The notification of damage is a prerequisite for any compensation.

Prices

We endeavour to offer our products at the best possible price. However, it is possible that the prices of individual products may change in the meantime. As a general rule, the price charged is the price listed on our website at the time of your order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Intellectual property

Dona Flora AG, as operator of donaflora.ch, reserves all rights for every graphic, every text, all pictures and designs on this website. Copying and other reproductions are not permitted.

Miscellaneous

The legal relationships are subject to Swiss law. The place of performance and jurisdiction for contracts concluded including these General Terms and Conditions is Schaffhausen.
